SHIPPING:

All shipping is done via USPS and has tracking. We offer insured and non insured options.

USA is 3-6 Day
Canada is 6-10 Day
Rest of World is 6-10 Day

Please note that for any Pre-Order items, your order will not be shipped until the stock is made available to us and will only be shipped on or shortly after the Pre-Order item release date.

If you've checked out with a combination of Pre-Orders and normal releases / in stock items on a single order, please note that all your items might ship out at the same time; Meaning sometimes you might be waiting a long time for the normal releases to ship because they’re tied to a Pre-Order item. To avoid this situation alltogether, please purchase your Pre-Order items separately from the releases that are in stock.

We do our best to try and notice these situations and ship the in stock releases first, but can make no guarantees other than all your items will arrive within the specified time frame of the Pre-Order. Feel free to contact us if we haven’t noticed your order contains Pre-Orders and in stock items.

DAMAGED:

For Non Insured - All shipping is sent via USPS at the cheapest rate we can offer. This is NOT an insured service. (It is however tracked.) We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

For Insured - Your items are insured through Shipsurance. Please notify us regarding any transit damage and we will file a claim with Shipsurance. Please keep all the items related to the shipment including the packaging and all the items even if they are broken. You will most likely need to take photos and or send us the broken items. LOST:

If you experience any issues relating to lost or delayed mail items, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate the matter further. Please note that USPS does not consider items lost until 20 days after the expected delivery date. We also cannot make a claim until the 20 days have past. Please be patient if faced with this unfortunate circumstance.

We strongly advise to check your delivery address after placing your order. If you suspect that the address has not been supplied to us correctly, you must contact us immediately.

If shipment is lost as a result of customer error (for example not inputting a valid delivery address) which later causes the item to not be delivered and subsequently returned to us we can offer to:

1) Offer to re-ship the item again following payment of the appropriate shipping charge.

2) Offer to refund the cost of the items orders less the cost of the shipping charge and less applicable merchant processor fees.

(Please note those 2 options do not apply if the item/s experience damage whilst in transit. and you did not have the insured shipping option.)

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns of Digital products, but offer a return policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us, in perfect condition within 20 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item minus the cost of postage and packaging.

Goods returned to us must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items. If the item is lost or damaged in transit back to us, you are responsible. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt. Please contact us for the address details.

CANCEL ORDER:

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch and a full refund given. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 5 days of us receiving your return.

PRIVACY:

We take the privacy of our customers seriously. We only collect information in order to fulfill customer orders, provide information via e-mail or seek feedback regarding our services. We do not sell or share mailing lists or customer information with any other companies or individuals. We do use various analytics.
